STRANGE STRANGE AND DOUBTFUL
Can you please send ur scaned copy of rejection to my email. I strongly doubt authenticity of ur case, I dont know if u r second Saleem or John they have created PANIC 3 weeks ago.
How come they worked on ur application while still they are working on pre 26/6. I really doubt ur statement.
I am sorry if u right but please do send me ur scanned copies on my mail i will not publish and take out ur file no from that. It will be helpful to all forum members..

anyway please send it so every one will be satisfied, meanwhile I think everyone will start working for b/certificate as it was not required earlier. go ahead and acquire as much documents u can and leave any room for rejection bcoz of documents.

Dear forum members, Let us take it in a motivational spirit (either fake or true). We need to complete our application in a perfect way with as much supporting documents as possible. Remember, CIO has the full authority to reject the application even on a minor point. So, devote full concentration and let us not be in a hurry to send the file just for the sake of being in 1000. CB I am sorry to hear this. But the way CIO works is by giving a file number along with the letter. Did they give u a file number? Did u get an email or just a letter?

Hi Punjabi and Dr. Alex,
I am in the same boat as Punjabi. However, my application was received by CIO on 5 August. Have not received any update frm CIO till now.
I am inclined to believe FMA's opinion about CB, unless FMA has verified the content of CB's letter. Its a bit hard to believe that CIO is rejecting application on the issue of Birth Certificate sicne it is mentioned on the passport, 10th certificate etc. Moreover, till now none of the post-June 26 applicants have received any communication from CIO. There are many application, see FMA's reponse to this very thread. Applicants include me (inexprienced), Canada 121 and others.
I hope FMA's opinion is correct. CB kindly disclose more information about ur case so that we can respond on the same.

CB please let us know the content of the letter. Whether it was email or not. Was anything else mentioned besides the birth certificate issue?, did u get a file number?, have they asked u to resend the application?.
Based on this information u can escalate the issue with CIO.

i'm also on the waiting list, my apps recieved 28 July on NOC 3131, no communication till now from CIO, still waiting, I believe that next weeks we will have some good updates from CIC, best wishes.

Could someone tell me what's the difference between OCCUPATION AND JOB TITLE and where OCCUPATION is asked, should we write designation or just a GENERAL OCCUPATION TITLE?
I mean I am a MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER but my DESIGNATION is ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE - MECHANICAL. Designation keeps on changing but I remain a MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER. So what should I write in SCHEDULE-3
form where WORK EXPERIENCE is asked?? With the change of designations, of course, job responsibilities keep on changing up to some extent, but should I write a general description of my duties or designation-wise???
