Dear Indira

I issued my BD from HSBC bank & this information (encashing status) can be checked from their side so i kept calling them twice aweek, every time i called them, they only took couple of hours to get me the answer till i got encashed. So it is a simple info but your bank staff is lazy. I think you can tell the customer service of your bank that many banks can check & know this kind of info such as HSBC bank & you may threaten them by transfering all your accounts & money to HSBC since it can serve his clients better than them.

I hope my suggestion can help you Smiley

Hi Canady,

Yes, i will try that Smiley It should work i guess..

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Hi all
I have two questions,
1. Do you know if any post June applicant of any country has got his / her AOR?
2. What does encashment of our money order or bank draft mean? As they send the not accepted applications back together with the processing money, so encashment means the application is accepted? Or what further process is done after that?
Thank you

dear muqdad,

I think according to CIC's guildline, you can apply to both. first code can be 1122, then the second option should be 7251. This will increase your chance to be selected. However, you need to proof that you have both experience.

On the Economic Class form of the application you can specify an order in which you want CIC to assess your application. So if you if put 1122 first and 7251 second, they will first assess your experience under 1122. If they are satisfied you are eligibile they will not assess the other work experience, however the 7251 work experience will give you a second chance if they are not satisfied that your 1122 experience is satisfactory.

Please note much of the information on the process relates to 2010/2011 process. A new process is coming out for FSWP in May 2013.

I don't see an update from the CIC side about the CAP or processing the Post 26 June Applications  Cool Cool Cool

Hoping we will make it into the CAP:)

Is it that CIC will update their websites every Tuesday? Or do they only update the case files every Tuesday?

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Demand occupations refer to those listed in the Ministerial Instruction(s) - i.e. currently 29, and prior to 26 June the 38.

this was the answer from the ND Visa office, please refer original post:

Quote
During processing, you will be awarded points for experience in any A, B or O  occupation as listed in the NOC, even if it is not one of the 38 NOCs listed under Ministerial Instructions.

Congrats Jeniya, now cast your burden upon the lord and join us in the AOR waiting queue.

By the way what was your IELTS score, also do you have any plans for CRNE,  just curious as we fall under the same 3152 category.

There is a seperate thread in this forum for Nurses (3152 Registered Nurse category), if you have any queries regarding nursing it will be answered there

Regards
Bindu
