hi iam very new to this form i have appl in fsw and my appl was recived on24 agust 2010 under noc 3113 i have sent orginal  ielts and oginal pcc my app was recived by mr mike i had sent by dhl on19 agust till now i have not got AOR IAM VERY WORRIED I HAVE APPL FROM INDIA pls help me to over come my anxiety GOD bless you all

Dear all post June applicants:

1- Have anyone tried to submit any extra documents or notes after his application was already recieved by CIO?
if yes, pls share what happened regarding this submit?and the time lag bettween them.

2- Have anyone got any Idea if it is possible to call the CIO to get your ID-number if you are already encashed? or ID number is given only to applicants who have already recieved their AOR?

3- Have anyone tried to send e-mail on this address:  FSW-Centralized_Intake-Office    @    cic.gc.ca
if yes, did you get any reply?

4- Do you think while the CIO is making the eligibilty test they will ask you for extra doccuments or clarification (if needed) or will they simply reject the application?

Sorry to hear that Faraz. I hope that you are sending your application tomorrow with a clarification letter ....... of course CIO won't be knowing about different types of BCs in various countries..... You could have attached this letter at the time of initial submission itself. Anyways ....with your NOC (& no communication from CIO regarding CAPS) .... you can safely assume that there is still a good chance of application getting accepted.

Could you please give us the complete details that might have been marked on your application (markings from CIO) .... like top left / right corners ..... different serial nos. marked....... IT will help the members to think more logically .... and to guide our friends to HURRY UP!!!!! All the best

i became aware of this problem by one of my friends but it was too late and i have been sent the package already.

well there are only red check marks on my application forms by officer mean info is ok. a label was on my form written "Birth Certificate missing"
and it was highlighted in checklist.
there is also a letter that refers to highlighted spots on checklist.(in my case BC)

Sorry to hear about your application being returned. Don't lose hope. Can you do us all a favor and by some means (moderator requested to accommodate this - if possible) share the letter sent by CIO on this group.

I am sure info on that letter would be helpful to  not only people who have already applied but also for those  who want to apply in the future.

I am very happy to inform you all that I will be going to Toronto on 7th of Oct to complete my landing formalities,

I have started this thread to assist all new applicants, and happy to see this thread is getting more response than others, in my absense, Anil is very well taking care of this thread and many more to name who has good knowledge of immigration process.

Based on the Data encoded in the spread sheet, Ive noticed that they are encashing CC payment faster than DD. I should have used CC payment instead.

Dear friend

Don't have that kind of misconception...... It is because you will come to know about your CC charge as soon as it is swiped and confirmed.... whereas DD is not like that...... bank confirms it (in case if they are really doing so) much later .... otherwise, I feel both are processed simultaneously as soon as the application is accepted .......
However, it is safe to send thru DD, as it is a paid amount, whereas CC has it's own problems....... Don't worry, you did a right thing....All the Best

You can ask tracking number from your agency so you can check your document directly by you CIO receive or not.
