Oh G-d, I have the problem with money withdrawing from my credit card. On october 1 was a try to encash money by Immigration Canada but bank refused them!!!!!!!!  In Moldova damn bnking system is very complicated. We have something like additional code CVV for internet transactions. In the payment form there was no place for such information. Tommorow will go to the bank and argue for any actions to open my credit card for this transaction. Hoping it will be possible and Visa Office will do the second try!!!! |

My advise to everybody who thinks there might to be problems with their credit card - write down in application Payment Form (in any free space on the margin) your CVV or CVV2 or what ever additional you have about it!!!!

isn't this dangerous?  how about just calling your bank upfront to make sure charges from Canada by official bodies go through with no problems? |

They (bank officers) are saying they cannot do anything about it and can't switch off CVV protection.

here is the experience of a guy called passenger from another thread which can be useful for you:
"I called this phone number and told the number and cost of money order , the agent asked my name and checked his computer and cofirmed that my MO has been encashed.you can try if you want.I sent aletter but they answerd that it is not secure to send number of your MO ,so we can not respont to your request.

Dear canady, This number is for the royal bank in canada and i believe that passenger when he posted this number, it was meant to be helpful for those who had their BD drawn on royal bank in canada and so they can check with the bank. Regards, Amr |

By the grace of God, my BD has been encashed as confirmed by the bank but they haven't confirmed the exact date of encashment. I'll call them tomorrow; hopefully, they'll update me!  |
