Guys please let me know if CIO try to charge CC twice or not. In USA all merchants give it a second try on next business day. I am not sure about Canada and especially CIC.

Please do reply.

I sent my application on 20th September 2010 - NOC - 1122.  I am hoping that the CAP of 1000 applications has not reached yet **fingers crossed**

notarized copies of birth & marriage certificates. why u asked this?
as far as i know, only PCC & IELTS Result card were required in original, else all has to be in notarised form.

I initially predicted mid-October for the first post-June-26 applicants to get AORs. I think that now may be a bit optimstic bit we'll have to see. Certainly end of October is possible I think.

Ive read in one forum that this applicant was rejected by CIO after charging the payment due to his/her job description thou he/she is pre june applicant and his/her CC was charged last august.. Hmpp I think everyone is not safe until they recive their own AOR.. Hope we could recieve our AOR asap.. It cause me sleepless night...

you are right snipper, our process is totally different and they can reject your application after charging the fees. I am not sure we are save after the AOR because they can study your case and reject it if something is wrong.
