They all are not planing to immigrate....I am only guy applying for immigration, principal applicant....If yes then do I need to stick photos of each family member and attach 6 copies each.....I appeared for my IELTS on my older passport and now I have a new passport, the earlier one is cancelled...Please suggest & Thanx.

nope, if you have family thats the time you gonna place all the pics there... family members pertains to spouse, common law partner, dpendent child , child of dependent a child. Im also single thats why i put N/A to my family members ..

I'm really sorry to hear about your situation.  My best wishes are with you.  I personally don't know if the CIC will give your Credit Card a second try, but I hope they do.

The good thing is the 1122 quota still seems to be open since the CIC tried charging your Credit Card.  They wouldn't have tried if the quota had closed or if your application had been rejected.  So that's good news. 

I would suggest you get ready to file your application again.  I think the 1122 quota is still open & there's still time.  This time, please include a "Bank Draft" as your respective mode of payment.  G'luck.

UGENT HELP REQUIRED....
I have sent my application using priority service (2days guaranteed) from London, Its not yet arrived there i am really worried about that.. when i called the company they said it stuck in customs and they have no jurisdiction and control. When asked any idea will it will be delivered THEY SAID NO IDEA.
Please advice me what to do and for me i dont think customs withhold personal documents? i have sent by 20th sep and its 29th sep today .. Everything is there and i really cant sleep ..
suggestions will be highly appreciated

Its better to use DHL, UPS or FEd-ex not EMS.. got bad experience in EMS thats why i dont like it..personally i dont think that you can do anything when your documents is in the custom, you just have to wait when it will be ok for releasing..  Just keep in touch with your courrier may be they will have some answer  regarding the withhold issue...

Looks like flood of AOR is going to come. Till last count 11 members of May and 2 of June have received their AORs in last 2 days.

Lets hope for the best. We may hear from CIO soon.

our consultancy took care of the BD. i'll ask  if they would be able to know if it has been encashd already.

it's been almost a month since they got our docs. i hope it wouldn't be returned so that we could just wait for our AOR around first week of December (latest).

Oh, i applied thru a consultancy too..actually, we had a previous application in 2006 with them also and with my wife as the pricipal,because my work experience back then is a bit short. I was already thinking of pulling it out last year, but we waited for awhile and just decided this june. Of course paper works (JD) are a bit difficult to do plus document gathering. With the BD, you can check that with the bank where you got it. Unless you bought that from your consultancy. Here in the phils, BPI is the only bank that issue BD with canadian currency, some say allied bank have other cuurncies too. I called my bank but apparently it will take them a week to verify.

1 month from credit card being charged is positive news! I could mean the first of the post-June-26 applications could receive AOR in 1 or 2 weeks

I have sent a certified check for payment and untill yesterday, nothing realy has been charged or i dont know about this whole procedure. My pcc has not been sent
