Although nasubmit ko na lahat and they charged me already thru my credit card wala na sana poblema... nag consultancy agency kaba?? yun din yung alam ko that cio will forward all documents sa embassy dito pro someother people naman will tell me na potocopy lang sa cio then hihinge uli ng VO checklist ang embassy dito... I dont know if they count my C.I experience noc 3152 prin kasi ang nilgay ko.hmmp sana mapprove tyo hehehe

have 2 years and 2 months as staff nurse then 2 years as CI, Nope im still single although i know that if they will not count my CI experience i will get 66 points only, thats why im hoping that they will consider it. hehehe

i think there are other applicants who has same case as yours.In your case, there's not much that you can do but to hope for the best..:-)

Thanks for the morale boosters.... hope we will be making into the 20,000 cap.
As soon as I came to know about the BC requirement I was after my uncle for the same ....... he is in the same Taluk as that of my village ....got a confirmation that it will be done in a week or so... later even my father went.... it was hanging.... and when finally I went it turned out to be like this....was very surprised at the delay.... and the amount of time (& money) is too high.

Anyways, have already applied for my BC... even if it takes 1 or 2 months. In the meantime I  will be submitting my appl. on 24th Sept... with 10th class cert..... Got letter from VO that it is acceptable...

Congrats for successfully getting 3 BCs   AND all the best for a nice chit chat with PP officer!!!

Thanks, and i had a relatively good day  @  the passport office yesterday I guess it's POSITIVE this time.. They have accepted my application and canceled my existing passport already(yes there are stamps on the first and last pages).. The time-lines are 3 to 10 days let's see..

BTW, i haven't got Prab's and our Son's BC yet.. Our IELTS results will be out on 8th Oct and if we don't get the BCs, by then, no point waiting for them. Will follow your way to launch the application with the ND email.

First, i wish all the luck to be yours and to take your place before the cap will be filled.I really feel you suffering to get your birth certificates.

Second, let me suggest to put the CIO requirements first then the VO requirements.That's how i presented my application as they stated that you should make the CIO check list at the front as the cover letter.

I also have adorable kids whom i'm fighting to immigrate mainly for them.I wish they have better life..better chances than mine.Maybe my kids and yours be friends one day. Who knows?

Great meeting new people everyday on this forum Yes, i sincerely hope all of our kids have a better life in Canada. After all we go through such roller coasters only to see a better future, even if it meant struggling for the first few years..

And yes, all our kids might become friends one day, and talk about how their parents met on a forum some years back, and made up their mind to move to Canada.. Went through the process together etc.,.

Thanks khai. are you still working here in manila as staff nurse or your in another country?? Hmmp im still wishing and hoping that hopefully they will grant me visa.. My application for licensure exam in BC will expire next year by the way its the SEC assessment... I dont want to re apply again and the worst part is to take the IELTS again...

I have  sent my  application to  CIO along with all the required documents as per new rules and which was as per website of Fedex was delivered to CIO on 18-8-2010.

But I have not received any response for delivery of my application to CIO by CIO even after passage of at least one Month.
Is there any one who had submitted his application after 26-06-2010 and also has received any response for delivery of application from CIO.

Is there any other way to confirm that my application is under process in CIO.
