Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

i gave academic ielts and when i sent my application i.e 12th july(which reached cic on 19th july)i had checked the cic website it said general is required bt academic also acceptable....sooo m worried now...
however i got my dd encashed... does that mean i can fail the eligibility criteria ..

I hope before june 26 no problem, but after June 26 problem becouse canada gevt approved only general exam standards.

We sent our papers to NS last september 1, 2010. I would like to know how long will it take for us to receive the acknowledgement of receipt?

wait for 120 days minimum, you may receive in the month of december 2010

I think this is accepted as most of people sent there application on August and September but having 10000 now means that everybody should hurry up because i think by the end of the october the limits will be reached

NOC 1122 is the most hammered one as i think it is already near Full  cause most of people are included in this but for other NOC i think there is a very good chance

you just have to hurry up and send your application as soon as possible

People, just a quick clarification.. We send notarized photocopies of ALL pages of ALL passports(whether expired/canceled or not) of all the family members right? This means we will get at least 100 papers for this one itself as we have a couple of canceled and reissued passports

hi indera ,as per our v.o delhi checklist all pages xerox copies(it means all passports old new what ever u have canceled,regular same time u should have those originals with you ) u should prepare the travel history port of entry's and exits ,

The travel history is already ready(i have drafted out an excel sheet for the same) , just wanted to confirm about the passport copies, as whether the old and canceled ones are to be notarized as well. Of course we will have all the original passports for verification

I have a very peculiar situation now.. my HR contact who signed my experience letter has now resigned from the firm. I am worried that i CIC email or call the HR contact on the listed email /phone on the experience letter they will probably not get a response..

Shall i let CIC know about this in any way... on the other side its a very big firm and the generic number is also written on the letter..

please advise..

There's not much you can do until you get AOR/File number since, as other people's attempts have proven, there seems to be no way to send additional information to CIC.

CIC will not contact the companies regarding work experience, this is done at the visa office during the background checks, and when they phone and find out a HR manager has resigned they will probably just ask to speak to his or her replacement.

I don't think it's anything to worry about, but it may be worth sending a letter a business card of the new HR manager to the visa office once you have a file number.

I'll begin to breathe after holding it so long(for me it was like a year)
I've just called the bank and they informed me that the BD was encashed 20th of September.

What a relief!!!!!!

From the depth of my heart i wish all those who still waiting for encashing to hear good news soon.
I guess encashing is the first light.Whatwill be next is much harder but let's all trust in God's power and mercy.
