Hi - I updated the details. However I notice that it says application received 20 September 2010. Today is 19 September 2010!! Is this just an expected date?

hello Indira, I am applying under architect-2151 category for visa office New Delhi...I am yet to receive my IELTS score which will happen in Oct so by mid Oct, I might be able to send all my documents...If I dont get a good score in IELTS i have to appear it again...do let me know if u need any more details... |

no need to send an envelope. In my case, i printed it in a sticker paper, then cut it according to its size, both the same, since my address in own language and in english are the same. |

i sent my application and supporting docs 10-09-2010 to CIO. my NOC code is 2151 (architect). but i think my app will be returned to me because i didn't include supplementary form that was attached to my VO checklist. and also there is a new catch that they want us (iranian) to translate our national ID as Birth Certificate,you know, this is new and it is only about the title!
any way if my app is going to return,usually how long does it take?

First of all welcome to this forum. You will normally receive the app back at least one month after CIO has received it but there are exeptions that some receive back sooner. On the other hand I sent all my documents translated even my birth certificate. I wish you can resend your documents ASAP, work gathering them while CIO sent them back. I Hope CIO accepts your package to avoid starting over the process. |

my bankers draft is still not en-cashed i verified my bank yesterday.
application received date 22nd july 2010.
PCC sent along with the application.
I worried b'cos my BD validity expires on october 6th.i dont know wat to do?
whether is it possible to find out whether my BD is in processing for encashment ?
Is it possible to contact the CIO by phone or by email to convey my problem?
please help me any one....................

You should contact CIO because people who have applied on August and september has their cc/bd cashed already. Contact them with both phone and email or whatever means available. Goodluck with your case. |
