Did you send original PCC to CIO -NS.Only one document needs to be original that is ielts result.
Rest all photocopies need to be notarized.is this corrct?PCC original will go to VO.

Just wait for 2 more weeks u will get AOR , usually it takes 2 to 2.5 months to get reply from them. kindly let me know ur noc i will add in thread.

Hello people Just sent the application forms for the UK PCC via Fedex. Hoping to get them before 3rd Sept, when we'll get the IELTS TRF as well. If things go well, we would send the application out by Sept 3rd(provided we receive all documents on way). We have decided to send the PCCs as we've ordered 2 copies for now, one for CIO and one for VO(if we are lucky enough to get AOR and PCC request within 3 months), if not, we will wait until DEC 15th and order for another PCC to be issued(just to ensure one arrives before the old one expires There's nothing wrong to send a document in debate as to send or not to send

Oops i just read in some other thread that Nirtoxn is not the principal Applicant and so he will not be counted under the 2151 NOC. That makes me the one and only person until now to apply under 2151 NOC

Thanks FMA for this initiative, it really helps people like me to get an idea of what it is all about

BTW, for applicants after NOV 2008, under the 38 occupations list, as far as my research would take me, the first AOR was received within 3 months(initial response from CIO and file transfer to VO), so assuming the same or something better for applicants post June 2010, under the 29 occupations list, we all would get responses within 3 months, and so it's unlikely our PCC would expire before we get an AOR and file transfer even better to send the most debated PCCs to CIO(the best thing is get 2 copies of the PCCs, one for the CIO and keep another for the VO), that case, you ensure you are not missed out just in case they change the rules and start arguing that they have mentioned all the documents in the VO needs to be submitted with the initial application. They have all rights to do so, as we are already struggling to get ourselves into the 1000/20000 cap ..

There is no harm in sending an extra document They cant return the application stating that we are not supposed to send the PCC

From where u got this info that nirtoxn is not principal applicant anyway we will keep hin/her to get an idea how many of ur NOC are here with us.

Secondly rightly said whatever u have send them I belive that precaution is better then....... I know you will be in top 1000 cap and for sure u will be in one the earliest applicants of ur NOC as I can see the dedication in you. Don't worry things will work out for u and u will be soon in canada....
