It's the first time in my whole life to be so inpatient and worried like that.Excuse me, if i gave you false impression!! Keep tracing your banks........................please do not get panic if it is not......

I've been wanting to ask you this pun123. How did you know cc's will be charged?
Perhaps you have an idea too of when we can start receiving AORs?

I had same dilema when I applied - that is if POF in spouse's bank account is acceptable or not? I got it confirmed from free Canadian immigration service lawyers' website that POF should only be in principal applicant's bank account or in joint account of principal applicant and his/her spouse. It should not be in spouse's account.

Hi Uncertain. When I submitted my papers, I had one account under my name, and another one under my spouse name. the total of our account is a little bit more than the required.

As of now, my credit card was charged. so i guess it is acceptable. this is assuming that they went through the bank certificates and POF declaration.

Dear All,

I was moved by the way canady is getting so anxious & overwhelmed.
I request canady and all of us to be calm and positive.

Look at Faani, who got his file back, sent it back to CIO; and is back again on this forum, even trying to pull canady's flailing spirits up!!

We all are 'almost desperate' to get a positive result here (and that is Visa); This is human nature, nothing wrong in it. (We have all worked really hard & sent the best-prepared applications and now we obviously expect for positive results)

....but we all know the harsh fact that not everyone here will get a Visa.

So even if anyone of us doesn't get that coveted Visa, trust me,,,,the Great Almighty sure has something even better in His store for that person.

(Congratulations to all those whose Cc are encashed.
I've sent a DD, so im also anxiously waiting for an AOR, which will take some more time I believe)

I submitted my application on 6th of August ant it was received by 10th of august,on 26 august i received back full application with follwing higlighted items

1-Full fees for me my wife and child
2-Birth certificate
3-My wife experience certificate
4-Bank statment
these are major higlighted items

than again i submited my application again.

OK! that means you would need to submit bank statement as well along with Bank certificate letter? My VO just asking for:

•current bank certification letter; or
•evidence of savings balance; or
•fixed or time deposit statements.

What should i be doing then? little confused!

 - Bank Certificate is also fine but even if you do not have that, your 6-months' A/C statement is always a better document for POF purposes.
 - Fixed or time deposit statements: If you have, even better; show them as well.

Can u plz clarify why have they returned ur file for not producing ur wife's experience letter...i am asking cause i am also going to apply soon and i have not arranged for my experience letter becouse my wife is a principal applicant..

plz do reply if my experience letter is also mandatory

raj.. i am the pa and even i didnt send the employment letters for my wife...
my VO- buffalo says to do so only for the primary applicant... but i checked the new delhi vo, they say u have to attach for both the pa and spouse..
