Guys,

didn't you realize that till now we haven't any charging/cashing for CC/DD for specific NOCs like 3131 ?!
is this just a coincidence ? or this means that they may not started reviewing those NOCs at all because if so, then the rule of "if we didn't get a feedback within a month so this means a good sign" is a fake rule      

relax dear, me 2 NOC 3131 received 28 July & Payment by BD....still no news....u'll never miss something ALAH wants u to get.

I agree with blueray333.... Get your wife's bank statement also... I think it will be acceptable.... New Delhi (VO) has also got the same requirement. I am of the strong opinion that these things are acceptable till you are also submitting your marriage certificate ... the same is mentioned in one's PP (about spouse) too. 

I don't think you can submit anything else ...like evaluation of property, gold, jewelery, MFs, stocks etc......

As far as I know, bank account should either be in Principal applicant's name or be a joint account in Principal applicant and his/her spouse's name. Bank account on spouse's name is not acceptable.

Just my inquisitiveness....  How far do you know this ?? She / he is the spouse...... and one cannot keep the whole thing in their respective accounts.    On the lighter side .... (at least) I am happy that you are not there in CIO office..... . Just joking....... Cheers

Please if anyone's file has been returned back to him or if you know that it happened to someone you know please share your knowledge and mention:

-when did you first send the file
-when it was recieved
-when did u recive it back
-your NOC
-your VO
-WHY EXACTLY IT WAS SENT BACK
-did they send the whole file or just asked for further documents or information

I would really appreciate anyone who is welling to share his experience and i'm sure that such information will help many others.

I submitted my application on 6th of August ant it was received by 10th of august,on 26 august i received back full application with follwing higlighted items

1-Full fees for me my wife and child
2-Birth certificate
3-My wife experience certificate
4-Bank statment
these are major higlighted items

than again i submited my application again.

FYI, "not receiving a feedback within a month is a good sign" is not a rule, its just and assumptions based on others' timeline and experiences.... have patience.. negative forces are not welcomed here... we should always stay positive

Dear Anil,
I had same dilema when I applied - that is if POF in spouse's bank account is acceptable or not? I got it confirmed from free Canadian immigration service lawyers' website that POF should only be in principal applicant's bank account or in joint account of principal applicant and his/her spouse. It should not be in spouse's account.

I wish your file will be accepted for processing this time and to to get your AOC.

In fact, i really really pray for all of us in this thread to cross this deep sea to the safe land.I'm sure that all of us without exception have done our best to complete and to get our documents prepared. I'm sure that all of us have done our best not to miss something.

For me, I'm living in a dark HELL . I'm expecting my file to be returned back any moment.   :'(As i mentioned befor, I couldn't make my current and previous employers mention my exact job duties in the experience certificates, i could not bring the contracts and i even didn't mention why i couldn't. I have a hope that the CIO officer may verify before refusing my application as both of my employers are well known and reputable institusions that never hire anyone easily.

I really need a miracle. What makes it worse is that i'm so so afraid that the file may be sent back but may be lost or even someone may open it and steal it and i'll never recieve it and ofcourse will never know what happened to my application.

I have made huge effort on this file. I didn't sleep for 3 weeks to finish it as required. I spent a lot of money beside the big portion stollen by fake immigration office. Every thing in my application is fine as i hope except the not mentioned duties. I even paid by DD and don't know if i'll ever know what is going to happen.


I believe in GOD. I know that nothing good or bad will happen except if he wants to. But after all, i'm a human who is overwhelmed with the tough life, bad mannars from all people surround me and the poisoning environment i'm living in with my family.
I'm a person who has a dream to raise his children in good and high quality of standards...to rescue them from the dark future waiting for them!!! If i'll lose this dream, i'll lose them...and i'll lose myself.
