thats exacly my point. If FSW2 applicants are considered fruads and puts a negetive prospects for immigration then why continue with the entry of new AEO applicants. Just because of some fake AEOs the genuine ones are suffering the scrutiny. If the CIC can't control the illegitimate AEOs then they should stop taking new applications in this catagory. Just because applicants like me do not fit into the lucky 29 NOC list, we have no choice but to seek a job for canadian immigration. Lot of hard work has gone to it. Just think about it with the other point of view, would you hire a foriegn national just by taking a interview on the phone? How could you guage the other persons credentials?. I went thru all these finger pointing questions , its a shame that genuine AEO applicatations are neglected.

Hi bro,
I'll qout the email I got from Warsaw VO
"Processing time
Applications for permanent residence in Canada in the category that you have applied require on average 24 months to process at this office. If you have not received any instructions from this office within 12 months, you are requested to contact this office directly. "
so yes the same processing time but I think it's not the real time cause several applicant from Warsaw VO got good progress.

I have enquired and found that My DD was encashed on June 22nd.
I have sent the appli on 26th January 2011.
so, why they took this much of time to encash?
Can u relate the process time with this?
My ecas status shows PER completed by CIO-S.

No one can say about the delay.....i thing which am assuming is....they took the time to confirm that ur category CAP has reached or not for that year. ..i mean 28June 2011.... |

This is going to sound unpopular, but it saddens me that someone with borrowed funds has gotten a visa, when other honest applications have not or have been rejected because the cap is reached. I think they need to be more stringent at CIO stage and insist on 12 months bank statements. Wayne. |
