Hi All, After 76 days I have sent the PP & RPRF , once case specific query , two email queries, one hard copy of the query , it was the turn of ND VO to call me , I got a call from New Delhi VO yesterday afternoon around 1pm , after a brief chat I was politely told by the Lady (probably Indian as the english had Indian accent) that they can't reply to all email and now they have received my letter and based on the letter they asked me the number of dependents in the visa application, after confirming the number of applicants they asked me whether I had sent the RPRF DD, I replied in affirmative, then came the shocker they can't find the RPRF DD with the passports  God Bless all the forum members with speedy visa processing and blissful life in Canada. Regards Bindu Bindu, Quite a shocker. I remember asking you a month ago about the RPRF DD status. Still, at least there is some clarity. And the glass half full view should be that the PPs are ok and not lost. Wish you all the best, I'm certain this should be the last bump in your ride towards a PR visa. Cheers, Rahul. |

Any idea about economist in foreign countries? PEO has its own evaluation of your degree and work experience.
I applied for PEO last year and I spent several months to gather information they asked for. They ask for Transcript, a complete course description and a resume. The resume should be written in a specific way not like all the resumes we provide. It takes time to prepare these things and I think it helps if you do it in advance. You will save time once you move here.

COPR = Confirmation of Permanent Residence. It's this form that accompanies your passports when they're sent back, to be signed in front of a landing official at the airport. My Case: The COPR mentioned my wife's marital status as "single" but the same document also mentioned she was accompanied by her spouse - me. We went to the CHC in Delhi and they took about 24 hours to change it. Very cooperative staff. Mine was ok! Hope that helps. Cheers, Rahul. |
