HI Every one! is there any one having case like mine? I applied on 24th Jan 2011 on FSW 4152, having VO ND, but have not received any PER, AOR, acknowledgement, rejection (well! i dont want to include this word though) anything from them  but my bd was already encashed on 28th jan. i can see since January most of the applicants are receving their PER around 1.5 months. i made online enquiry today, asking what is happening on my application. and got asked to wait 20 more days to receive reply! can anyone say anything on my case! any suggestions or guideance or any pacification  wellcomed dear friend, WAIT for some more days.look at my case.so wait.............................. |

hi all...   I had sent my application to CIO, sydney, NS, canada on 17th december 2010. But till now I have not received any response from them....  Online status says.... "Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete"In detail says that "application was received on 23rd december and
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 9, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us" but till now I have not received any response in physical form from them for the same..... I called tham last month on 17th april 2011 on their phone line. They noted my situation which I explained and assure to reply within a month time...  But for that also I have not received any response. I dont know whats going on with my application....? Bcs now its 5 months over from the time they have received my application. Also I checked status of my DD which I had sent them along with my application. and that is also debited.... I am not able to make out, where exactly I am standing in this process...  please advice....it has became now stress for me..... thx |

2 days my e-case status not work i try many times but every time page opened telling me that we cant identify your entering before it work why this happen any one face this proplem please answer thank u

Same here. After Vik's story, One begins to wonder if the CIO might be looking for every reason to reject the application. I really don't care how many times they check the app/doc but pls let them be fair in their assessment, rather than basing it on any form of suspicion that is not founded. Our self assessment score is 75, IELTS is 8.5, so we have 8 points to spare should they chose not to award some point in some areas though I don't see any area they might want to deny us points. The only area in our application that I might see CIO holding on about is that both my wife and I have dual citizenship and we have provided info and passports to that extent. I think CIO might want to verify the authenticity of our second citizenship as the latter is acquired via naturalization. This should be no problem either as both countries accepts dual citizenship. Oh well, this is just me speculating at this stage, CIO might very well have other things in mind. Phew! Rant over, back to work ===========> All the best to all of us. 9j Same here, our IELTS score is 8 and we got 78 points but WITH the AEO approval from HRSDC/SC...wich we need to get a visa... So, maybe that's the reason for CIO to take some extra time to verify... I really don't know, all we can do is guess and that's the big problem behind this uncertainty! CIO should be clear about the whole process and give some info, not just leave people wondering... Take care! Kind regards, Louise! |

I have received a refusal letter from Viena VO today. The reason is insufficient points for education. I received only 5 points for secondary school(school for nurses in Serbia), six months of apprenticeship as a nurse, and I also passed registration exam in Canada on visitor visa last year so I can start working few days after I arrive there. Looks like it's not gonna happen.
Sorry to hear that! Maybe you can try to apply again with LMO or AEO since you allready passed the exams for nurse registration( CARNA I believe it's called?)? Don't give up! Kind regards, Louise! |

I do have the same feeling.
I live 10 minutes away from his office. I don't know whether I can ask for an appointment. I have heard these offices do.
Well, IF you do then please point out that the WHOLE rule of reviewing applications in order when received is untrue! At CIO as well as at VO, this rule is just a fairytail! Good luck! Kind regards, Louise! |
