I would like to know from my peers here - if an application is returned for any missing document, can it be sent back to cic? if so, what is the way of making an appeal?

I am a September applicant and my noc 1122 has reached its cap so i am lil skeptical about the whole thing .. I wish I get my AOR and I wish others in this thread too...but if this happens to anyone of us unfortunately, is there a hope of resending the application?

Hi - an application which fails its completeness check is not considered as received by CIC and will not be counted within the cap. So if the CAP limit for that NOC has been reached, and an application is returned as incomplete, it cannot be resubmitted until 1st July 2011.

So if your NOC is 1122 there is no possibility to apply until 1st July 2011 under Category 1. You can apply under Category 2 if you can get a job offer, since the cap limits do not apply to Category 2 FSW.

1st AOR for Today

One of the guys on the arabic forum just announce that he just have his PER his file reached CIO on 13-Aug and he just recieve the AOR so i think they Are Moving towards mid august so hope they arrive the end of it before Xmas

anyway i updated the spread sheet and  i hope we got more today

Thank God, at least there's one PER out today! It's a pity most of the late July and early August people on the spreadsheet aren't active on the forum anymore. It would be great to know if they've received their PERs yet. Anyway, here's to hoping the CIO issues PERs at least up until mid September by Christmas.

HA!  This wait for incoming PERs is like a popular saying, "If a tree falls in the forest and no one is around, does it make a sound?"  PERs are falling elsewhere but we do not hear them in our little thread!  Have a restful weekend everyone.
