hi indira,
 i can see that we both had our application received by CIO on the same date (15 Oct 2010). Even BD encashment was on the same date(28 oct 2010). Hope our first AOR will appear on the same date. what is your guess regarding the date of AOR arrival? mine is 1st week of January 2011!!!

Yes, Dr. Hasib, we are on the same compartment in the boat I think,  @  this rate we might even get the AOR before end of December. But concerned as the CIO still states that they are processing applications until the end of September off late. So, there may be a delay , but Jan will be the max time they would take to send the AOR for October applicants. God i wish we all make it

I tried to see my application status in CIC website typing the immigration file number that appears in my AOR email but the system does not give me any information (There is no record yet).

In the mail appears as follows:

Members who have already received AORs tried this ...... with NO result. It's too early. I think we should wait and give some breathing time to CIO also. Now they are hooked up in sending AORs .......   ..... let the party continue......

Guys, i have some calculations in my mind which i would like to share with you.

Total no of completed applications (by CIO) approximately = 4000
Total no of completed applications (in our tracking sheet) approximately = 100 = 2.5% of the total amount
Average no of received AORs per day (in our tracking sheet) approximately = 4
so the Average no of received AORs per day (overal for CIO) approximately = 4*40 = 160
according to the above july & august encashed freinds (11+25) will all receive their AORs within the incoming 7 working days.
according to the above all encashed friends (100) will all receive their AORs within the incoming 23 working days (about 1 month).

I wish they move faster

POSITIVE received an AOR on 24th Nov and that is not updated in the tracker yet That's 9 AORs in total and 5 of them from New Delhi VO

Dear All,

Need to clear confusion on PCC.

Today i checked CHC ND checklist . It say that if your application is received at CIO on or after June 26,2010, you are strongly encourage to submit your PCC  with your application  to the CIO .  If you are not able to attach with application , still you can send application to CIO . But whenever it will be required by Visa Office you need to submit it.

If i am not wrong then CHC ND Checklist said that no need to submit PCC with Application ? Right ?

So what to do ? As i am planning for new application should i send Original PCC to CIO ? What about the Validity of PCC ? Confused ?

Please Help.

As my consultance, they told that if you sent PCC with application is OK and maybe VO will request you resent this one because it over date or not. (it depend on them)

Incase you don't sent together with application, when app forward to VO, you will support it.

So PCC can be available without in applying document. PCC just valid on 3 months

Got AOR in midnight of India....What a pleasant surprise on awakening.....
One problem has arisen, i have deleted my surname in passport(on 3rd page, handwritten by passport officials)....But CIO has written my surname in my AOR....Can anything b done at this stage? i mean can VO people correct it?
