Finally, my Credit Card was encashed on Oct 5!!!!

It was the second attempt and thanks G-d successful. The first one was on Oct 1. So they do the second try!!!!

I don't know what exactly have helped (cause I used everything I could), but I can definitely say the problem was in CVV2 code.
I sent this information to my Region Office (3 times by different methods), and 2 of them where answered negative ("like, sorry, it is not our problem"). One (the first mail to Bucharest office) remained unanswered, but probably it was resultative.

Another way used was a call to their Call Center in Canada (by my friend, who is there now). He also transmitted this information, however, they also answered they are not sure they can help me, because my data is not in the system yet and I should inform Bucharest.

The third effort was in my bank. I asked them to switch off the protection on CVV, it was done, but technically was possible for few hours only. Don't know if this one coincided with CIO attempt to encash money.

In any way, people, before choosing your payment method by CC, ask the bank about CVV restrains and if you have any doubt, write it down anywhere near your credit card number on the margin of the form. It will save you a lot of nerves. If you afraid to risk, just open a new CC with money enough exactly for this operation.

Thanks for starting this particular blog, and comes to the business in my view all documents need to send to Sydny,NS Canada office if applicant is applying under skilled immigration and regards to police clearance we will get intimation from VO to send the police clearance that too original we need to send.

You can get it through Passport Office at your region 'Hyderabad'.

What are the requirements to obtain PCC ?

A valid Indian passport
Application form no. 2 duly filled in
Copy of the passport
Fee of Rs. 300/.
      If Police Verification on your previous file was not received/ adverse or incomplete, verification must be conducted again before PCC is issued.

all of us are still waiting for cio response especially if they will give us the AOR...just keep your self busy AOR for post june 26 applicant will come  ( i hope) when it rains it pours so once any applicant from june 26 onwards recieved they AOR evrything will follow.. unless a case is being rejected by CIO  i hope it will not happen to us. Just keep the faith....

Welcome to this thread..... Good... no. of dentists are increasing !!!  
Nobody has received their AORs till now (post 26/6)....So chill my dear friend.
Your application was received on 24 Aug, so if there was any problem in the initial stage.... they (CIO) would have returned your application by now. You can very well assume that you have cleared 1st stage and the BD must have been encashed.
Don't worry .... whatever is the outcome, it will be there at the right time...... So be cool.

Application received Sept 29th,  Noc  0631. CC charged Oct 4th.  Buffalo Visa Office. No PCC required at this stage.
