Dear All members

Yes  Mr.Doal sent me scanned copies of letter received from CIo. The thing is Mr.Doal paid his RPRF fee in advance that too in Mexican currency which is not acceptable now by CIO. they advised him to send RPRF fee in CAD when required by CIO that too in form which is acceptable to CIO or VO.

Major confusion was about his applicatin fee, that's what we were discussing, Mr.doal confirmed that he paid application fee through Credit card.still his credit card has not been debited.

but what I am assuming that Mr.doal application is complete and they are working on it, once they complete their evaluations, they will assign file no. to him.

The only correspondence between Mr.Doal and CIO was about RPRF. for sure his application is accepted. I wish him all the best.

I HAVE sent ORIGINAL PCC, WORK EXPerience reference letter, Bank certificates to CIO with my FSW application on aug 10...
anybody else sent ORIGINAL PCC, WORK EXPerience reference letter, Bank certificates to CIO???
i have sent only notarised copies of my transcript & notarised marks cards of my spouse?(how can one send copies of university-sealed orginal transcripts to CIO???)
I am confused , will i be required to again send my ORIGINAL PCC, WORK EXPERIENCE reference letter, Bank certificate(POF) to New DElhi VO (after getting AOR from CIO )??)
It will involve a lot of efforts to again  prepare PCC, work experienece reference letter, bank certificates(for POF), original university-sealed transcripts(i had skipped orginal transcripts at CIO stage)

Unless things have changed a lot since I spoke with Call Centre CIO in July, you send everything to CIO (except PCC now) in the format requested in CIO Checklist and VO Specific Checklist.  The word COPY refers to a copy of each checklist, not the documents listed in them.  Your package will be sent to VO by CIO if it qualifies.  After it is further checked by VO you will be requested to send PCC, Medicals, RPRF and PP.  Seniors, please correct me if this no longer applies.

the transcripts need to be original.. from the university..u have to contact ur univeristy for that..i assume you are from punjab.. in punjab all the universities have a procedure to issue transcripts(m fron punjab too)
notocopies of marks cards are required
pcc wasnt required at this stage to the cio
workex original letter is required
bank certificated original is required

hi i'm new here. im applyin under 3152.  been so anxious ever since they changed the policy last june 26. my application was  lodged june 23. due to the changes, had to call fedex to recall my application coz i know it would be unprocessed anyway coz it would reach CIC past june 26. we just lodged our complete application along with the documents sept.1 2010 so guess the next step is to wait along with everbody else. i have a lot of questions tho,

1. our POF is CAD 17,500 only + assets worth CAD 9,000 ---- would this be honored as POF? or insufficient coz they prefer cash as pof? ($19,600 is required for 4 family members)

2. worked as staff nurse for 1 year and nursing clinical instructor for more than 3 years already---- would this be considered as 4 yrs of work experience or just my staff nurse experience would be accepted?

2- if ur both professions are in current NOC u can claim points for both.

Not quite true, since property can also be used as proof of funds, although I understand the acceptability of property varies from visa office to visa office. London office confirmed to us that they accept property as property of funds and we sent 3 estate agent quotations and a mortgage letter with our application.

it is found that 2 days ago e-CAS change found. i am old 2006 applicant. it is found tHat communication address is now not sHown under my name . it only sHows name & in-process . it found tHat applicant from New DelHi , islamabad & london applicant found tHis status.

wHat do u tHink on it ? Is it normal or sHould i expact good news ?

I do agree with u , may be it is different from visa office to visa office. but over all it should be cash or term deposit.
