but tell me.. Did you try sending them the email I suggested (telling them about the GCMS notes, that your filed is so much delayed & you can ask if it is going to be transferred to another VO as you heard it happened to many others)?

I am filling forms but I need 2 ask a little help plz help in this regard.

1.   In form IMM 5475e, what should I write in question 3? Q3 is If u have already submitted ur application, Location of Office and then type of   
      application in this question about which application they asking plz clear it.
2.   In the other form IMM 5563e section B information requested there are two types of files Electronic files and Physical files which 1 should I   
      tick?
3.   If I gave my own email address which is not in my immigration file (in section C) of the IMM5563e, so that the CAIPS file will come to me 
     directly, is it okay??
4.   And the most important thing how can my sister submit the 5 $ fee with application what is the procedure of online payment?
5.   And when I prepare all these documents so I'll Scan and send it to my sister then she sign it again scan and then email??

Plz friends clear these questions, I am vry tense

In Process means?i think visa officer started to verify our jobs,education nd so on things.am I correct or wrong?if correct I think so I have to wait again 15 months for MR!!Bcoz after 15 months I got status In Process.

Same was the case with me. On saturday, it was just showing my name but no details....but since today morning, its not getting me signed in.

The same thing happened with me one week ago, which was recovered after a week. I have tried all possible options but its not working. Lets hope for the best.

By the way, u and me are sharing the almost same timeline+NOC......Please be in contact about further developments.

Today I have completed
  - 504 days from the Application Date.
  - 113 days "Medical Received..." line appear in E-case.

But still only In Process only. Waiting for PP request.

Is she paying your fees or you are paying yourself?

If she is paying $5 he can pay online and he doesn't need to fill any credit card form. Ask her to go to this link

then click pay my fees online

then click continue then again continue then click access to information act. put 1 in number of applications. Click submit then pay by credit card on line. After paying a receipt will come. Tell him to get 2 print outs of receipt and scan and attach one with all other documents. (Remember online payment time is 8am -4pm ottawa time)

I tell you there was no need to send GCMS form by post if you are applying by email. Keep your kool sooner or later you will go in process.

this is my first post. i filed my PR to buffalo  visa office in apr 2011 and started processing my application on may 5 2011. i applied under fsw2 as system database analyst.
does anybody know if applications with arranged employment are processed faster.
my online status just shows received by visa office. i am waiting for further replies.
anybody that filed their application during that period and have got medicals please reply.

Hi! I'm on the same boat. I applied on Dec 24th 2010. Still no news about my file. I noticed that a lot of the files from Dec. 2010 have been transferred. Any news for Buffalo Dec. 2010 applicants?
