I send an email asking for processing yesterday. And then got reply today. Status in E-cas still RBVO. Congratulations!!! Another december applicant got transferred. Cool.
Q?
1) Did you send an email asking for a status update? or did vo initiated an email to you?
2) Status in E-cas

dear brothers; i'm new here in this forum and i need your help please, i sent my application on february 2010, NOC 7242 and got NER due to the following; i have almost 14 years experience as senior electrical technician, but in the previous company i worked 10 years as senior instrument technician as per work certificate but my task list was 100% electrical and i sent an instrument CV to CIO by mistake. now i want apply again , i have a work certificate from my actual company as senior electrical technician for 3 years and 10 months + my old work certificate as senior instrument technician, and i want just a suggestion from you please. can i apply with both certificates because in the second still need around 3 months to complete 4 years of experience?? when they receive the new application, the will check with the previous one and it will affect the decision ??  advise please |

I dont see a logic behind. They are just transferring all the applications. I was in US for about 5+ years and I don't think that is the reason why they transferred to NY VO. Because, A friend of mine who have never been to US found that his application is transferred to Seattle VO.
I just sent an email. Not CSE.

Hey canadastar, There are at least a few other folks besides myself who are living in the US and have had their files already transferred from Buffalp to another US visa office. Just thought I'd clarify. When did your friends apply? hi
