Waiting to break the silence  Hang in there Rod...there are a boatload of people with you who are just tired of waiting...  You are transfered to LA so I am sure you will here something soon enough....I try not to think of my wait time if Buffalo continues with this kind of processing speed...it depresses me ...only if i had known about the situation in Buffalo before i applied i would never have selected Buffalo as my VO....but unfortunately nothing can be done now...waiting seems to be our only option |

NOtHING..absolutely nothing..i sent an inquiry they replied with the standard response " your application is in process.we are unable to provide a date when processing of your application will be complete.
If my application is in process how come it doesn't in my ECAS.
Their standard reply "In process" means... You are in Queue and you have to wait until they open your application. They call it "In process" instead of "In queue". As simple as that. I dont know why do they confuse applicants with that response. Thanks, satya. |

Hi guys, Does anyone know how long it usually takes for visa office to send Meds for newborn addition?  We sent them all docs at the end of Feb, still have not heard anything from them. Sent e-mail last week, same no answer. So frustrating, that they never acknowledge receipt.  Thanks very much |

Satya, well..i think a CSE would do no harm..you can always ask about your case since so much time has elapsed. I also have been thinking of sending a CSE...however, if they send the standard reply..your case is in process..that would serve no purpose i suppose..thats why i am holding back. I have decided to apply under CEC in May...so if nothing comes out of this FSW app which is very likely i will file under CEC. Have you thought about filing under CEC? |

I sent them a CSE 2 weeks ago and go a reply last friday. Looks like it's taking about 2 weeks for response to CSE these days. 9j |

I sent an enquiry a couple of weeks ago & they said that my file is going background checks (which was the same reply I got almost 6 months ago!!!
I sometimes wonder what is That much interesting in my background that needs so much checking!!!
