Hi,

You can call this as semi-final... once through they will ask for Passports later. This happens with me too, they returned our passports (that was initially sent with all other documents: PCC/RPRF/MR).

I think, NDVO has stopped asking Passport requests with all additional documents. I guess this is good for the people who fly often... so now no need to block the passports for 1-2 months (on average). This is just my guess....!!!

Anyway coming to your questions:

1) where to obtain marriage que form? do i need to fill it or spouse?

-> I guess either they missed it as email attachment or they shipped it through regular postal mail. Feel free to open CSE to clarify, they will revert back to you immediately if they missed it... Trust me they replied to my Case Specific Query in less than an hour of opening it (if it is really important & they missed some info).

2) does this letter mean passport request do i need to send passport now on the base of this letter?

-> No this is not a passport request. They will ask it again once they satisfied with other documents like PCC & Marriage queries (with photos). So, hold on, they will ask it later as to send "Valid Travel Documents for You & your Spouse".

but my only concern is they replied me earlier that they received the passport and draft once before and they replied the same thing again today in the second inquiry as well

atleast i m happy they reply to my emails

but since 2 and half months i m waiting for the passports back now i dont knw how much more time they will take to just stamp it

One thing is true: MOST Employers here look for canadian experience which is a very sad point for new immigrants. This is not the case in US. I didnt observe this is US. So, Canadian Work Experience is priceless in canada.  

Let me know if you need any info that you may need about canada(for immigration or to settle down in canada). We already shared lot of info on this forum. You can definitely search though.

Arrived Toronto on 4 PM  on 10 march 2012 , Security guards were there and asked about visa status or canadian citizen, when I told new immigrant just they welcome in canada; and suggested to pass through immigration; AFTER few minute of there was dedicated service for new immigrants; stamped on CoPR and asked how much money do u have and i said 17100 (family of three) , they believed not looked (but not suggesting to not bring, you MUST bring the specified amount) and said welcome to canada.

I have one friend whom I phoned after custom( declare the things i will bring later one), within 20 minute the friend pick up me and dropped to the prebooked aparment and dinner with him, the very second day, got SIN number and opened bank account and preparing myself for further job search and other stuffs;;; hope will go smooth
