friends My brother is a Biochemist in India and have 2 yrs of experience and got enough points to apply. He sent his application on 13th Dec 2011 to sydney,Nova scotia under the category 2121 biologists and related scientists. He is still waiting, as DD has not been charged. Does he has a chance to get selected within 500 cap, as when he sent his application the cap was 370   . how long do you think he should wait or should contact new delhi visa office or CIO about status. what is the email address of CIO for asking status of the application. jadeja |

I am applying for the fsw phd stream. Sent on Nov.14 2011. Cashed out on Jan. 11 2012. I have a question: I did not fill in "UCI".  (By the time I thought it was for people who have applied for PR before, but actually it is on my study permit) What shall I do? Thanks! |

I sent all my docs medicals/pp/rprf on 11th dec and updated medicals of my new born son by 23rd dec. 2011. Medicals have been recd was added to in process status on 6th january 2012. Please please please... ! how long more should i wait? |

Just wanted to update.
Send my PP to NDVO on 09/01/2012, reached there on 11/01
My RPRF encashed on 25/01/12.
Address disappeared on 27th.Now waiting for DM.

Hope you are doing well. Please ask your brother not to worry. CIO takes an average of three months to cash DD and send PER. Patience is the key. One of my known applied under NOC 0631 and her DD got encashed after 6 months of application. She applied in Aug 11 and her DD got encashed on 5th Jan 12. So, please ask your brother to wait for another month and he would for sure get his PER by Feb end. Cheers, Param |
