Useful info canadestin & satya, thank you. This is the information I have about Monthly expenses for a family in Canada .....any comments/suggestion/advice.
Rent - 1100 - 1400
Insurance 400 - 450
Mobile - 80
Gas/Petrol - 100
Grocery - 600 - 700
Internet/TV - 60
Apart from that:
Good Car - 4000 - 5000
Lincense Expense- 700
It is more about where you live. Cost of living depends on the place you live and your requriement.
I pay these every month.
Rent: 2 bed room condo: 1400/month
Mobile(s) - 2: 60/month
Insurance: 35/family (corporate insurance: medical and dental. OHIP covers every thing. I dont know how much if OHIP doesnt cover)
Internet/TV: 35/month + 15/month (Telugu channels only).
Petrol: 100/month(i dont use car for work)
Go Train Pass: 167/month
Grocerries: 500~600 Approx
License: Ontario (Some times they exchange the license which costs about 100$ only.) - This is one time fees.

hello fellow Buffalo applicants.. Im here again to ask weird questions.. I have recently moved to a different address, actually about 2 months ago...but i never updated my address with BVO, since I was thinking I would rather receive any news from them from my old address...and i was trying to keep my communication with them to a minimum... then, i have been thinking, maybe i should just update it with them....that way, i would know any information at all, if i was moved to a different VO...or whatever news at all... i know, i sound so starved with any correspondents from BVO...  sad but true... please help.. thank you friends! aliyah Hi Aliyah: It seems now they are sending Sept, Oct applicant applications to other VOs... If I were you, I would wait one more month to be sure that have gotten to your application and have sent it somewhere... Just my opinion  Of course if your mail will get lost if they send it to your old address, then by all means update them right away... Cam |

2nd PPR on - 06/01/12 (recevd via postmail 09/01/12)
visa issued 19/01/12 (recvd 2day)

today i checked with my banker . NDVO has not encashed the draft for COPR fee which was received by them on 12/01  Hi Rayon, IMO and looking at other cases, we should give them 10 days from date NDVO received your Medical Reports sent by DMP. BTW when were your MR received by VO? Param |
