yes u have to inform them abt New PP....otherwise they willb confused

in covering letter mention that ur sending renewd PP and also notarize copy(allpages) of that PP.

they dint ask for notarize copies....bcos u dint inform them abt it (is it right?)...this copy is for their record.

if u had already informed them abt ur renew PP(before MR) andstill they dint ask for copy...then no need for notarized copies.

Have you told them about the old PP, or does old PP have travel details, if yes then send All the PPs.

If you have submitted notarized copies of new PP with application then no need to send.

But have you sent the notarized copy for (all pages) old PP .

They will not be able to tell you from customer care, you need to go to the branch and if they transferred money from your account to ICICI account and then have made the Draft they will track it for you.

They should be able to track it anyways but at branch only.
