Application Withdrawl

I sent the full docs to New Delhi Visa Office in Aug 2010 and got the second AOR in the same month. My wife is constantly insisting on withdrawing the application. I am still in a dilemma on what to do. Given the current trend I am expecting the status to change to 'In Process' probably by end of Jan or first week of Feb. I have not attached the RPRF with the application. At this stage will there be any refund of the fee paid to CIC if I withdraw? I have paid the fee for me, my wife and 2 children.

Yes if you withdraw your application now you will get a refund, you cant get refund one decision is made on your application.
