Hi Guys.. Just received a letter from Service Canada saying my Application as requested is refused..
I am a printer, my company done the labour market opinion for me but it was refused because issues with the employer nothing to do with me..
Is it worth the $350 - what are my chances of winning the restoration. Below is most of the letter i recieved.
Thanks a million in advance for any help

After considering all the circumstances of your case, your application for a work permit cannot be approved as requested without a valid Labour Market Opinion and Confirmation from human resources and skills development Canada. Your emplois responsible for obtaining this confirmation. LMO was rejected on Sept 15, 2011.
We advise you that your temporary resident status expired on Oct 11.
You may apply for restoration if, within 90 from the expiry of your temp resident status you submit:
1.a completed application form
2.applicable fees for restoration and for the immigration documents in the amount of $350.
3.all required documents in supprt of my application

1. Unless you want to remain as a visitor, without a valid LMO you won't get a work permit, so it is sort of pointless to apply for restoration as a worker isn't it?
