QUESTION 1. what name do i put down for FAMILY NAME BEFORE MARRIAGE IF APPLICABE?  if i didn't change my last name from my maiden (still have the same last name as was before the wedding). Do i put N/A (not applicable)

QESTION 10. it asks (if you are a canadian citize, is your claim to citizenship by descent). i was born outside Canada. my dad's status was permanent resident when he sponsored me to Canada. what do i answer to this question

1) Put down your full name as it is.  Don't answer N/A to a question like that.

2) Then the answer is no, you are not a citizen by descent.  Citizenship by descent refers to children born to Canadian citizens outside of Canada, if those parents were already citizens when the children were born.

for question 1 I wrote N/A as they asked if applicable but as it was not applicable so i simply wrote N/A

Kids or spouse but since u are sponsoring your spouse, then their kids if applicable.

where do u see this question? if so write the entire question i am looking at that form and don't see that the undertaking is on the sponsorship evaluation unless they moved it

I need help from you guys!! my prob.is that im married and not yet annuled coz my husband is a japanese and i cant locate him its been 8yrs that we dont have communication..And now i have a boyfriend his in the philippines right now and im planning to get him here..can i apply him to a common law partner?what can i do to get him here?we've been 3yrs in relationship..

To apply as common law u should have lived together for at least 1 year, you said you have been together 3 years so does that mean you are living in the phillipines, also are u a cirizen of Canada or a PR?

yes if u are not using the attached its recommended u use those ones
