In question #1, under "other name(s) used", do i need to put my nickname and middle name here?

How about in Question Letter "C" (Coming into Canada), Am I going to put Vancouver,BC (port of entry) as my original entry to Canada or Edmonton,AB  because that is where i landed...  Thanks again! :-)

my husband put Vancouver as port of entry because that is where he entered Canada

How much money do I need to put here? Is there a minimum amount required? By the way, I received support from my EMPLOYMENT INCOME/ EMPLOYER.

what we put was half of what was in his savings account. then source of support is employment income as well.

i am not aware of a specific amount, we just put in half in anticipation of a upcoming expenses/purchases
