Application through Simplified Process
«

Aoa All,
I am from Pakistan and intend to apply for canadian immigration (Skilled Worker). Is anyone out there who has applied for immigration using new simplified application process? If there is kindly guide me in this matter. How much time it takes to get an interview call through this process?
Regards,
Ahsan

You may not need an interview at all if your paperwork is in order and the visa officer doesn't have any questions.
But to answer your question, an interview call would come towards the end of the application process. To see how long it might take, you need to look to the CIC website for the country you'd be applying from.
Islamabad is currently doing 80% of cases in 69 months.

You need to wait for 65 to 70 months for the complate process. So do not waist time and apply as soon as possible to start counting.

So it means simplified process doesnt help you in getting immigration in quick time. It takes same amount of time as it takes in regular process right?

Yes simplified process does not make it quick. However, ur file is opened and u do not have to go thru the hassel of arranging all the docs in the beginning like the regular process. If there is a problem with the simplified application and it is rejected u may save money on getting ur docs.Where as in regular process u will have to spend money gathering docs.
