Hi,

Just wait couple of months, and you will see your credit card charged if your app is approved.

Good luck

Unfortunately No. If your app is not in the NOC, or you don't have AEO, then your case will be rejected and file returned, then your credit card will not be charged.

Nathanielle,

If you check the NOC list http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list, you will notice that 4121 is not there. This means you can't apply under FSW1. You need either to try getting a job offer and apply under AEO or you choose PNP track thru quebec.

I suggest you read the immigration guide EG7. All important links are available in my signature below.

PNP stands for Provinicial Nominee Program which is a special immigration program run by specific province line quebec. These programs select immigrants that fit the needs of that specific province.

AEO stands for federal skilled worker who gets Arranged Employment Offer.

You don't need a consultant to file your app. You can read the related guides and go for it. If you are not the kind of a person to handle such cases, then try to find a decent trustworthy consultant. Check this forum and ask the members as I am not aware of any. However and I said, the immigration process is simple and straightforward as long as you follow the book.

Cheers

I'm sorry to hear this. It's unfortunate to receive a rejection. Nonetheless, you can try other programs like PNP or get AOE. You can also wait the new NOC list next June, hopefully yours will be included. For LMO, you need to get an employer who is willing to get labour market opinion and take it thru HRSDC till final AEO. you need to check with friends and relations in Canada to help you or use on,ine job portals like monster.ca.
Good luck,
