Application status recieved on 22nd septmber'10 at CIO

Hi!!
Our application was recieved at CIO on 22nd sept'10.
the DD got encashed on 2nd October'10 says our bank from where the demand draft was issued.
I did not recieve any email or call or any other communication from CIO and dont knw the application status..
How much time it will take??
how do we know at what stage is our application..?

we hav applied on oct 12 n cic recieved our application on 18 oct and dd was enchased on 28 0f oct still we did not get any reply ,im also in the same condition as urs lets b in touch n share updates .in which category u hav applied,i hav applied under 1122.do u know any applicants who hav applied after june 26,2010 and has recieved file no plz let me know.

Zehed is exactly right.Don't be panic.
You will be in touch from CIO around 120 days base on post 6/26 applicants.
As Zahed said,you should go through the thread for getting more information.
