Its Alberta PNP program , but i think it is only for US HIB visa holders.
SOP is not a must requirement but its almost required to explain to the VO , FBI certificate , you would not need that . If they are looking for ur security clearance from there they would do it by themselves .......

oh ur visa is done bro .... u have lived in US and Canadian dont need a verification when some one is coming from US so no worries .......... but fax them ur tax documents as well as it will be quicker ........... |

Ielts is easy to score ....... there are original tests that u can download from sites ..............u practice them 2 to 3 days u will hits 7 or 7.5 easily ........... lil effort could take u to 8 ............... More important is ur docs ............ wen they will give u a visa  |
