@ qmalik729, ramzero, Arslan Zahid, saqib053 and everybody need some help. Last time when I asked u guys about my bank statment I think I mistakenly mention that I've 3 million PKR in my Bank account actually I've 3million PKR in my fathers bank account for 2 months (but I don't have my personal bank account) and have solid proof that where did that money came from on ur previous suggestions I decided to File my Visa on coming 10th may without waiting for 4 months bank statement. Now I came across another brother on this website who told me that If I have 3million PKR in my fathers bank account I have to wait for 4 months and then file my Visa. In that case he suggested me to ask university for deferral letter. Would that be okay if I apply now or should I wait for four months in that case I'll be late because my classes are starting at 1st of September 2012. I've got admission in university of Dal housie in Meng Internetworking. Please guys reply as soon as possible I've every document ready to file my visa on 10th of May just need a green signal I'm totally dependent on ur suggestions so please be quick.
I'll appreciate help from anybody in this regard please do suggest.I'll be really thankful. Take care and have a good day.
well don't defer just file your case but cope one thing very carefully. which is from where this money came? if this money was in another account then provide all evidences that your father has transferd his money form previous account to new one ,by obtaining account maintenance certificate of previous account as well. similarly means if your father sold any property show the English notarized copy of your property sale documents,evaluation certificates of your property and then mention in your sop that this mone came form property which we sold two months back. from wherever this money came just show them |

Remove them from educational documents and removing them is quite easy without causing any damage....................
I don't think plastic covers are to be removed while submitting case, CHC don't have to stamp and document. isn't it Momi? |

اسلام آباد... این آر او عمل درآمد کیس کے حوالے سے وزیراعظم گیلانی کے خلاف توہین عدالت کیس کا تفصیلی فیصلہ جاری کر دیا گیا ہے۔ یہ تفصیلی فیصلہ 77صفتحات پر مبنی ہے جسے بینچ کے سربراہ جسٹس ناصر الملک نے تحریر کیا، اس کے علاوہ جسٹس آصف کھوسہ نے 6 صفحات کا اضافی نوٹ بھی تحریر کیا ہے۔ واضح رہے کہ 26اپریل کو سات رکنی بینچ نے توہین عدالت کیس میں وزیراعظم یوسف رضا گیلانی کو عدالت برخاست ہونے تک کی سزا سنائی تھی۔ تفصیلی فیصلے میں کہا گیا ہے کہ وزیراعظم نے جان بوجھ کر عدالت کا مذاق اڑایا، عدالتی فیصلوں پر عمل نہیں کیا، توہین عدالت کا ممکن نتیجہ رکنیت سے 5سالہ نا اہلی بھی ہے، اعلیٰ ترین عہیدیدار حکم پر عمل نہیں کرے گا تو سارا عدالتی نظام تباہ ہو جائیگا۔ فیصلے میں مزید کہا گیا کہ نا اہلی سے متعلق وزیراعظم کے وکیل کو معلوم تھا لیکن انہوں نے اس پر ایک لفظ بھی نہیں کہا۔ تفصیلی فیصلے میں آرٹیکل 63ون جی کے ممکنہ اثر کا بھی ذکر کیا گیا ہے۔

Its tough rules for people applying outside Canada ............ Students who have studied from Canada comes under Canadian immigration class ....... they get 3 years open work permit and mostly immigration does not take longer than 1 year ............... |

My educational documents are plastic coated (laminated) Should I remove these covers? or is it okay even if the documents (education/land etc) are in the plastic protective covering?

no malik sab I dont know anybody who got medical in recent days except one guy in this forum. Malik sab how whould you compare germany with Canada (by keeping Immigration out of context as obviously germany doesnt offer immigration) |

Yes, I got medical call 02 may 2012 and today i return passport.  I applied 02 February 2012. I took admission in university of Alberta for M Eng of Mechanical. |

MEng Mechanical? or MEng Engineering Management? I think they don't offer Mechancial Engineering Management is part of My offered course. and I am interesting in Mechanics and Advanced Materials |

hmm yeah MSc is a good option, but anyhow, U Alberta is good Always wanted to study there but couldn't make it in their MSc program  Petroleum... |
