Yes ,,, Police certificate is necessary .... You should get it at any cost... Go and Visit 'Katchery'...
photocopies of  your passport (first two pages) and also of your ID card with 4 recent snaps ar required.... You will get form from the Katcehry ... Fill it and submit ... You will be asked to visit relevant police Station in your area ... Just for confirmation... and then your P.C will be dispatched to the Katchery again and you get it by sowing your receipt ...

Visit your area Police Station with your Passport and NIC than they will ask you to fill the form plus bribe as well Tongue (IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY SOURCE THAN BE PREPARED TO BARGAIN WITH THEM) they will take some hours to complete the process than, you have to go Zone Head Quarter for further process they will again ask you for bribe to process your case and after a day you will get your Certificate.

NOTE: PROCESS in KARACHI is like this, don't know about other city.

What are these status.

I submit my application on 7 feb 2012. deliver to chc 08 feb 2012

Day before yesterday status was "Departed from origin"
Yesterday status was "In transit"
Today status is "Arrived at TCS facility"

Hello everyone hope you guyz are fine i am new to this forum i have applied student visa on 25 january 2012. 84 dayz are gone and still no responce form the sleeping CHC ISLAMABAD. Asusuall hoping for something good

hi,
                Beaware all people who applied through TCS........TCS tracking system is not working right........its status change notification also wrong......they change status after 2.5 month into IN TRANSIT autometicaly  and after 3 month or later may be status is chnged into departure origon etc and some time they remove status and it be shown like invalid tracking number......So don't worry about TCS tracking status system......if they have any response from CHC they will cantact via phone.

You have to write a letter to international student center at the college or university u applied ....... and they will guide you with procedure .....
what they really ask for is ... a letter signed by you stating that you are no more interested in pursuing your studies .......
