i complete my BBA from UK 2006-2009 , and applied in college for PG Diploma but i think they are more strict then universities,
they send me an email

I believe the admissions officer feels you need to submit TOEFL/ IELTS because you did your studies from 2006-2009

m going to withdraw my application but when I send email to chc, an error comes i.e.,
from : postmaster @ international.gc.ca
" This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients failed.
re-islamabad-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca "
address is correct and I also send them request via online form but same error comes. I contacted gerrys but....
plz guide if someone knows... if anyone already withdrawn his case plz tell me how much time they take???

At least CHC Islamabad should reply to every email with in 2-3 days. its not a big deal for such a big government organization. I strongly condemn CHC's performance. I think they have put less officials and managerial staff here just because this is Pakistan. CIC in European countries will have doing their job proficiently. and if this happen to a country like Germany, Spain even India then CIC would have gotten some notices form respective governments.

yaaaar i dont know whats wrong with chc.they think we pakistani are like pieces of *censored word*. if they do not have full staff available then why they dont transfer our cases to india or uae.? for example all applications for uk student visas are now dealt in abu dhabi for pakistani students and they are very quick. Even chc is facing less applications from pakistan as compared to applications for uk and australia. what is wrong with them. some times when i read on this forum that some students are waiting since 2011 and still their applications are pending it make me very angry. they are so pathetic. they think we pakistanis are not even belonging to a 3rd world country.why some guys get decisions in two weeks and why some others are waiting for so long.gillani aor zardari haramiyo kee waja se ham kiss morr pa aagaye hai. agar musharraf hota to kamazkam visa policy ke narmee kee baat zaroor karta. dil to chahta hai ke gillani kee naak kaat doo aor zardari kay haath ao paao  |

yaar jab hum apni universities me email kartey hain they reply next day and their reply is very supportive. these universities are public institues and under Canadian government(fed rel or provincial). but fark itna hai k wo canada me hain aur CHC Pakistan me. |

hmmm may be previous was good in patches, but I think by the end of this year we will have to say its same like previous year its just their ordinary approach towards case handling. some times they send medicals within 10 days sometimes no news for months. |
