Applying in top 10 universities strengthen your case such as: Uni of Toronto, Uni of Alberta, Macgill Uni, York Uni, Uni of British Colombia, Uni of Sask, Uni of Waterloo But on other hand there fees  Toronto and McGill are expensive. I know about Alberta, calgary, waterloo, ottawa etc. they are not expensive. The average fee per year would be around 7k to 8k. |

@ leobilal I also dont have my file number. but guys keep hopes alive as if CHC had to refuse college students they must have sent you the refusals till now. so most of college students at this forum may get positive responses soon.
