What is the total fee of your degree program?, i think you have to show atleast one year fee and living expenditures.
Did you show any property documents to prove strong ties to pakistan?

Total fees is 12000CAD (Two years). I did not pay tuition fee in advance. According to my consultant, show 1 year fees + 1 living cost + travel expense (6000 + 10000+ 3000=19000CAD) but i showed 19400CAD (18 Lac last balance) and he said that's enough. Now, my consultant change his statement "your 6 months statement fluctuate so, Visa officer raised rejection on it".
that is not fare. 

No I didn't show any property because we didn't have it.

I think 18 lacs is good amount for first year only. its isnt a less amount as masters program at regina is very cheap (its $6000/year). but the problem lies with your second year. because 18 lacs is certainly not enough for two years study. you should show some property dox as your 18 lacs are just enough.

I gave my statement before reading your above point. and I am damn got the point. your consultant was taking it as a rule but realistically CHC just have a look "how this students gonna support him in second year?"

1. I believe your balance should have been at least 20 lacs
2. Minor fluctuation is allowed but if you draw like 5 lacks and then add 2 lacs in a month and then add more money and if the fluctuation amount is big then it shows you actually need this money and this money may not be easily available for your studies.

I feel your rejection reasons are solvable and I don't think you should worry a lot. Had you got course mismatch etc then your time would have wasted. You can show strong home ties and improve your statement and you can reapply.

I thought u would be smart enough to understand that its a mistake .......... Actually on too many forums some times confuses me......

not yet. but they are working at my application, they actually cant handle the heat of my application fingers crossed expecting medicals in each of coming working days.

I have segregated the colleges' applicants from Universities' applicants and to my surprise no colleges' student has got any reply from CHC

but my case submit my consultant and i don't know my file number i call my consultant he say my medical call come in 17th June 2012 it's possible my class start in 5th July.
my consultant say true ?

Today is worst day for me. CHC has ruined my dreams. My Visa got rejected.   

Usually they dont reject for girls ....... My couzin sis filed through a consultant ....... he is really good need info PM ..........he is good at resolving these cases ......

secondly ......... one of my friends filed once in a University in ontario ..... got rejected .......... same reasons as urz ............ he applied in university of Alberta ........ then he applied again .......... they gave him visa ............. so apply to Alberta and try again ......... its normal for some to get visa on second attempt .......

Reasons are strange:-
1. Not enough Financial capacity (I Showed 18 Lac Statement),
2. Purpose of visit ,
3. Will not leave the country at the end of your study,

well u should show NO LESS THEN 30 ...... ITS LIKE THIRTY........ LIKE THREE WITH ZERO .......Waseem , Inam , and all have been yelling on the forum that you have to have atleast 30 lacks for masters ................ where were ya sleeping ........

1. File number is not a must thing.
2. Ask your consultant about your courier, Ask him how has he submitted your documents (via Visatronix or Gerry's) and take a tracking number. You can check whether the documents are shown on the courier website or not.
3. on CIC website it is mentioned that Application after medical takes 4 weeks for Pakistani applicants. But it is possible that you can get your visa before the start of your classes if your case is strong.

As far as my info ......... March 5th all applicants got medicals done ........ in last week of  May............. so that means ......... if ur application is not done this week ......................... then its waiting for security checks to be completed ................ its normal as if ur name matches some list that they have .......... they have to do thorough investigations .......... that is why some times it gets delayed ........... but nothing to worry .........coz if they wanna reject .......... they reject in a month or month and half ......
