Visa approval chances based on provinces is a real thing. Ontario grant visas in small number and in a lot of time. This can be seen in the spreadsheet made by Ramzero plus I am also told the same by different consultant both in Peshawar and Islamabad.

As far as the college switching is concerned, I advise to join the college which is better, If you have good academic background and have the LOA of a good college you will get the visa iA.

thats V true .... Its a hidden truth ..... that some prov gets more quota for students compared to others ................ depends on provincial economy .....

Do I have to send original property papers or should I send true verified copies?

Which one you guys personally sent?

You never send orignal property papers ............. its against the law ........... some one who has ur perpers can get transfers done ....... though immigraiton does not do that ............... but immigration does not accept it ............. get notrized copies ......... and certified translations done .......... that is enough ..................
if u send ur orignal property papers .................. and it gets lost ............ immigration in no case is held responsible ............ thats wot immigration says ................ so nvr send orignal property papers ................

I sent original Fard / Property papers along with notarized translations.........

for past 9 years I hav not seen even a single check list or guide in any kind of Canadian immigration in which they demand original property papers .......... its against law .....

and ur sending them on ur own risk ................

Yar Arsalan. Mai 14 May ko apna case with draw ka soch raha hoo. Australia ki university admission de rahi hai 20 din mai aur visa 1 month mai. Central Queen land university low cost university hai Sydney mai. Tum bhi kuch soocho!!!!!!!

Guys! Please advise. Need help.

I have submitted an application study permit on feb 27 without sop and FBI certificate. I have a university scholarship for MSC program leads to phd (optional).  I have not heard anything. I don't know what to expect out of it. I thought my application is strong enough until I recently found these blogs about visa rejections. 

My background.

Already have an MBA from USA. Worked for four years in Pakistan prior to MBA and three years in USA post MBA. I returned to Pakistan in 2011. Since then I have been unemployed. The reason I came back is to meet family and apply for visa from pakistan in 2011. But due to family issues I had to defer my admission until 2012. Since I have already wasted a year, I am getting concerned about the rejection.

Please provide any insight if you vN. Thanks

Canada has immigration for US working class who were working on H1B why did u not try that ??
I think ur Student Visa is a done deal ............. u have to wait ..........

The FARD i have sent is Original but it is for record purpose, It is like you have sent a Original copy of your IELTS result............No one can transfer property using that one........

Nothing special Inam , that you would need ......... just a simple folder ............
Document Arrangement : Its according to the sequence in Check list ( A must thing )
remember never staple your documents .................... always use paper clips ............ Immigrations officers hate staples wen they have to take them off ............... paper clips are easy ............
put all of it in a folder ............... or an envelops if u want ................ with one clip holding all of them .........

Its Alberta PNP program , but i think it is only for US HIB visa holders.
SOP is not a must requirement but its almost required to explain to the VO , FBI certificate , you would not need that . If they are looking for ur security clearance from there they would do it by themselves .......

there are too many that got running finance and got visa approved ......... There is no way immigration knows it ........ talk to u bank and do it properly ....... you jus hav to show where did money came into ur account from in worst case scenarios ........ which u can do by telling them that u sold some property which in case u did in last years ......... just file don't get too scared of it ....... I have seen people getting approved at 2nd and 3rd attempt .......wen they removed all objections ........
