where are you living AkkDivz? my application reached sydney May 7 letter for 120 days mailed on June 9, but I did not recive anything so far, not by email not by post... was so unset and just few days ago I contacted Local visa office, they provide me this info. and by this time my 120 days is almost past just few more days and my IELTS results wont be ready. so saddddd |

Its nice to see most you who have received your AOR from sydney sent their application after i sent mine to them. I sent my application to sydney on June 1st 2009, But i have not heard anything from them, Nor by mail nor by email.
Meena. can you please tell me which email address you have used to inquire about your application? I will be glad If you write it down here. Thanks

Hi,
I used these email addresses:
re-delhi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca - Delhi Office
CPC-Sydney-FSW @ cic.gc.ca - Sydney Office
But I received autogenerated reply from Sydney taht we can not contact through email. We can only sent them post or we can contact Local Visa Office.
Matter of concern.

Maybe we can call their Toll Free Number(1 8882422100) , But it is inside from Canada Only,
Can any one help me with this.
Sent Application To Sydney NS on 16th June,
No Reply yet,
does DD en cashed mean guarantee of approval?
or
It is just the begining of the process?

Yes we can not use this Toll Free Number.
Also if DD is encahed it does not mean Approval. It means your Application has opened for processing.
Worried about the reply.

Is there any selection based on the NOC u are applying for
i have 2 NOCs 0213 and 4131
Been 3 months but no reply yet,
It is frustrating!

My NOCs are 0213 and 2282.
Thats really frustrating. And also, when u see applicants applied after u, and they have received replies long time back.

Thnx for your reply back, I have used another E-mail address where I have asked them about my application, Though I have not received any auto generated reply that, But again They have not even reply me back too. The one I used was.
fsw-centralized-intake-office @ cic.gc.ca
Well my visa office supposed to be London One as i was Living in UAE, since i have got back in pakistan, it should be Islamabad now. The Problem is, i even do not know If application was reached to sydney or not. The Post office company says It has reached to canada already according to their record. and about the DD, well they can not track it too.

Which bank and from where did u make DD,
Go to that bank and tell the DD number (or call)
They will and must tell you that your DD has been outstanding or encashed

I made the DD from UAE Exchange there in UAE. I have asked them like 3 times, every Time they said, That they have information in computer of course, but they will never know if that when , how and who will get en cahsed that DD there in canada, and you know it's 1100 CAN$ Both for me and my Husband.
