Finally I got the approval mail for my application NOC 0213 sent on 11th June reached there on 19th June.

Received mail yesterday 10th Sep with subject "Application for Permanent Residence in Canada".

Patience is the key.

I am still in teh waiting queue. My application reached there on 2nd July. But no updates yet.

Now, atleast I can think that I might also get the mail.

Please tell what was the senders email id. Incase I don't delete anything by mistake.

If going by Malu08's calculation then one may have to wait for 82 days. There was 71 days calculated for somebody and another person got it in 57 days now Malu08 in 82 days. What is going on in Sydney?

 when you fill your application you sould know which local visa office if belong to your country. find out on this web www.cic.gc.ca/english
and find which visa office your looking for.
there email address phone, fax, everything is in their site.

Just now I got the AOR from CIO. My details is below:

16 July 09 : Application received by CIO
11 Sep 09 : AOR received by email

i send my appln.on 28th June.Received N/S on 7th July.E mail received 0n 2nd Sept. to collect documents and got 120 days for it.

to anyone who just filed their initial application to CIO...note that they are rejecting the whole application if you accidentally put Sydney Nova Scotia in the VISA OFFICE REQUESTED for the process of your application...(IMM 0008)

my friend just received her rejection letter after 60 days saying that

"You did nto indicate the visa office requested for the process of your application. Please note Sydney CIO is not a valid selection"

I am just blessed that my application proceeded when i submitted it last May though it contains "Sydney Nova Scotia" in the visa office requested tab..

i told my friend to resubmit everything again to CIO and just change that tab to "Manila, Philippines"

I was able to send enquiry to them. But there it was asking for Client Id number and as i dnt received any reply from them.

Hi,

I received reply to day  only and according to them they don't have any records for me.

Now I cannot do anything except waiting but I am really concern a lot. See my times that is making me that much concern.

Seniors please tell if there is any way with which I can find out if I have missed my email/mail. Though I am checking both everyday.

Please help.
