i had sent my application cic nova scotia on 4th feb.
i aplied thru an agency.
will they give me any proof of submission like identification no?
how many days will it take to get my file no?
my noc 2121  biologist and related scientists

Hi,

You need to ask your agency for the courier confirmation if it's sent by courier. Even, if it's sent by registered mail, you should have a number or airway bill AWB which you can verify online or by phone with the mail post or courier agency.

You must get this number to confirm that your agency had truly sent your file. I've just read that one member was being a victim of fraud/negligence by his agency which they never submitted his app and only he realized that after a year.

Then you need to wait for 3-5 months to get your PER or NER. also, the moment CIO enchases your DD or charge your credit card or process whatever payment you give, then, you rest assured hat your file is received by the CIO .

Hello,

Currently CIO is issuing PER in avg. of 100 days. Infact 06 Jan applicant got PER in 65 days only. But in worst case one should count 100 days .
