Application send July 2011 to CIC - no hear?

Hi,

I have send the application-package to CIC and they received it at noon on the 20th of July 2011 (UPS confirmation). Now we have the middle of September and still no hear from them. Is this amount of time normal? Or should i start worrying. I still applied with the old forms as there is a grace period. Maybe they have problems with the new forms... What is the normal amount of time until people receive their B# number from them?

You can drop them an e-mail and ask.
the 6 weeks since they received the app. have past.

From thread sheet having timeline of applicants ,it is only applicants whose applications where received in the first week of July that have gotten P/NER from CIO.
You are not the only one in that boat so no need to worry at all.The highest thing you can do is to send them a mail.
Just live your normal life as you wait to hear from them

Hi,for new regimen it takes 30-90 days to receive your file case number ,so wait till the end of 90 days  after send case inquiry e-mail

Can anyone please post the link for the: thread sheet containing timeline of applicants, cant find it. thanks
