Hi,
I am applying as a Skilled worker and I havent yet got my FBI clearance letter. I am trying my luck applying with whatever documents I have. Now I am attaching a lot of original\attested documents (primarily for proof of funds). Is there a possibility for me to get those documents back in case they reject the application? I can use this while reapplying in case they do..

Hi, VAZ,
Need not to be worried, sent all the supportive doc except FBI, VO will inform u to submit FBI after reviewing yr all doc in written, but apply for FBI ASP so that u would not take long time to forward it, I think FBI report takes more than 7 weeks to be issued according to my experence...
all the best.

THanks much for your replies. We have applied for the fbi clearance and put a note along with our application that we are yet to hear back from them.

Sorry to bring this topic up again.

I just got my fbi clearance report from fbi and I want to mail it to the immigration dept. My confusion is - it was have mentioned in their original email not to "append" any documents later by sending it separately to them. I have already mailed all the docs except for fbi clearance. Now should I wait for them to ask back for fbi clearance docs or should i just mail them the doc with my reference number.  Any good advice is appreciated. THanks!
