Plz. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had applied for permanent residence in Canada as Federal Skilled Worker in  Pharmacist(NOC 3131) category for 2010-2011 session.
My application was rejected as “I was unable to provide sufficient evidence from my employer that I have performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation”.

My employer has provided me letter stating my designation, date of joining and I have good conduct only. They refused to add further information.

I strongly believe that I qualify to be considered as Industrial Pharmacist, as I have necessary educational (Master of Pharmacy) and work credentials (7 years) for the same. I work in Formulation Development department which mainly performs duties of Research and development on new drug delivery dosage forms i.e. making tablets, capsules injections extra for new drugs.

During the last application I have sent all the desired documents(passport, educational,Joining letters for job) and fees and received UCI and Application numbers form CIC.

I want apply again for 2011-2012 session, Kindly tell me ,what are the possible ways/options available with me , so that I can convince CIC about my credentials?

Dear Saket,

First of all its really sad to know for NER.

But based on the letter your employer provided CIC will not accept it with giving then job roles & duties you are performing.

You have to get letter from your employer with all details to proceed .

Good Luck

Mayank

Was your employer's letter from HR department? If so, then may be you can  supplement that letter with one from your immediate supervisor describing your duties Huh

U CAN provide an affidavit with support of additional documents like paystubs etc

My ex employer did not provide me any experience letter at all.
So my sworn affidavit along with the documents of joining letters, paystubs, awards, bank stmts of their deposits etc was provided in documentation

Since ex employer is providing u timeline, ur affidavit will be additional documentation

Make sure when u send out ur application, all of these docs are together and as detailed as possible.
number/name the docs u r providing as reference

I agree with Mayankpandya on this. You may also want to get in touch with your head of the department and/or immediate supervisor for that letter with specific duties and responsibilites. Did you have any duties and responsibilities document signed by HOD where you worked? In my work place we had those documents for each employee and saved in the Quality Assurance department's document safes. I do not think an affidavit works for job duties.
