I am not sure whether your application will be rejected but if they do reject, it should be with a reason and they will tell ask you to provide more required paper such as IELTS before they reject. This is just based on the posting that I read here and not a legal advice :-)

but you already have received second AOR, maybe you should send the ielts result with reference to your second AOR. Do you have it ready to send, or need to take the IELTS?

Next time it is better if you create new posting rather than 'hijacking' other posting ( it is application rejection posting but for different reason :-0 )   - you will get better response that way..

Any other suggestions?

New Court ruling on missed communication from Citizenship and Immigration Canada:
Some people whose cases were rejected and closed because they failed to provide requested documents in time may be eligible to have their cases reopened.

Hi

Good God now they will probably revise this process as well....

You should note that the 6 applicants whose consultant claimed not to receive the emails, was referred back to the visa office because CIC/CHC didn't have proof they were received.  If CIC/CHC has proof they are received, then you are out of luck.
