Though I met the criteria for the federal skilled program but I couldn't submit a complete set of my documents within 120 days.I did send most of my documents within 120 days except experience letter. However,I did send experience letter pretty soon to the buffalo Visa office after 120 days. After 2 months they sent back my experience letter saying that we have no way to attach extra documents with the rest of the package. Then in another two days they rejected my entire application.I know they got a chance to reject and why wouldn't they as they already have lots application to get rid of.I am not complaining because it was my mistake.Life goes on.They have asked me to apply again in 60 days but my NOC 0213 has been dropped.
Do u think I should apply again or I should give up?
Guys your suggestions are most welcome?

Because the application was already assessed at that point and refused, the letter just had to go out.

Was IELTS a requirement at the time you applied? If not and English is your native language I don't think you need to worry about IELTS. If English isn't your native language then a proof of language is required even before June 26th I think. Wayne.

If it was your dream to live in Canada you should not give up.Why should you ? You have all the docs ready now so basically there is no hassle for you this time, Apply again, send everything and sit back, just relax and live your life. If it happens go on with it,otherwise don't even think about them !

If not wrong, who so ever has applied on or after 26 June 2010, must send IELTS result too along with application pack. Rejection is not mandatory. If u applied in June 2010, better write a letter stating your position and copy of IELTS examination due date for confirming your claim. If applied before, wait for the official letter that will obviously require submission of IELTS results that comes with in a week after exams. Seniors pls correct. Gul luk

i dont think he can reapply as his NOC 0213 dropped this year in their new NOC list.

They have asked me to apply again in 60 daysIn the dark hours I can see a silver line, If I were you, I would re-apply asap with a cover letter stating the situation & letter sent by VO stating to reapply in 60 days. Worst case, they might reject as NOC is not in the list; that's still better compare to not trying. Rest, you are the best person to decide for yourself.

I agree with canada_dream100 - you have nothing to lose.
I think you are okay with reapplying since you already past CIO stage.
Remember you have Lock-In date which was given by the CIO
This is from OP1
5.24 Lock-in date The lock-in date is a reference point used to freeze certain factors for the purpose of processing applications. Neither the Act nor Regulations define it. It does not overcome any requirements of the Act and Regulations that applicants must satisfy when an officer admits them. Regulations in effect on the lock-in date usually apply to applications submitted that day. Changes in regulations after the lock-in date do not usually apply to applications submitted on or before the lock-in date.
