Hiii

My application has been rejected stating that the job specified is not in the 38 list given.Now they are sending back the fees  had sent.I have shifted to another apartment,how do i notify them that i have shfted. i tried calling the Buffalo visa office but they say they cant do anything as the file no s not in their files and i need to call the CIO .Please help.

Refund takes 8-12 weeks. You can meanwhile write to them or call them at there call center numbers present on the website.

Sandhya, are you sure that immigration canada giving preference to only that 38 occupations ? friends reply us thanks

indianb4u - for FSW, one has to fulfill the ministerial instruction requirement. This requirement is that you must have one year of experience from an NOC in the 38 job list within the last 10 years, have a job offer or have lived in Canada.

Sandhya - I presume you are in the US. Why don't you inform your postoffice about change of address.
