Dear all,
I didn't fill the to date for personal history ( section 11 in Schedule 1 BACKGROUND/DECLARAION form)
Can any body please suggest what needs to be filled here if I am still working ? Can I put today's date?

You need to account for everything you were doing from the time you were 18 years of age. The dates should be listed as month & year.
For a current position, show the month and year you started, and then put the month and year you submitted your application as the end date.

Hi AP,
This is happening only for some of us. We 3 people applied together. One guy already got his AOR number, even he didn't fill the to date. I think it depends on the person who is verifying your application form
They are returning back all the documents including your Money checks and every thing ( Including photos) we just need to fill the to date and send them back . That's it .
They even clearly mention where went wrong and marking the places. Nothing to worry much about this.
